No FAA Easter Picnic 2021

To All my FAA Family,

As you all know Easter Sunday is just around the corner, and we should be getting ready for our annual Easter Picnic at this time.

I checked with the city Parks and Recs today about the current guidelines and they are still closed for business , both outdoor and indoor facilities following t

he new CDC guidelines.

For as much as we want to have this event this year. I am so sorry to let you know that we can not gather large group yet either indoor or outdoor activities for the health and safety of everyone.

FYI : The cumulative number of reported cases in the West Central Health District is 24,480 as of today. Cases in the last 2 weeks alone is 900 and the number of deaths is 652. Muscogee County has the largest cases and deaths in the surrounding counties of 8 under this health district.

The Georgia Department of

Public Health is asking doctors offices, pharmacies and some other healthcare setting who have the potential for direct and indirect exposure to patients to administer the vaccine.

Please check these facilities and register to receive the vaccine at NO COST. All Georgia residents who wanted to be vaccinated can go to these websites.
